Papacostas, who was previously partner at Kirkland & Ellis, focuses his practice on patent litigation in federal courts, representing clients in various sectors, including the life sciences, drilling and oilfield services, computer hardware, consumer products, and videogames.
Additionally, he represents clients for post-grant proceedings before the patent office and advises on patent-related anti-trust issues and trademark counselling.
