Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto promotes two to partner

Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto has promoted intellectual property attorneys Christopher Gerson and Damien Dombrowski to partner in its New York office.

Gerson focuses on patent litigation relating to a wide range of industries, including computer processors and mobile devices. He has experience in US federal courts and at the US International Trade Commission.

Dombrowski also works in patent litigation, focusing on pharmaceuticals and hardware and software for image sensors and touchscreens.

Dominick Conde, partner and member of Fitzpatrick’s management committee, commented: “We are thrilled to welcome Christopher Gerson and Damien Dombrowski as partners, as each works with such a wide variety of industries within their respective intellectual property practices.”
