Bardehle Pagenberg promotes four IP partners

Bardehle Pagenberg has promoted four intellectual property attorneys to partner in its Munich office.

Georg Anetsberger, Axel Berger, Stefan Lieck and Pascal Böhner were all promoted.

Anetsberger is a patent attorney, focusing on opposition and nullity proceedings in German courts. He covers physics, mechanical and electrical engineering and has extensive experience with laser technology, electronics and mobile communications.

Berger works with patents in pharmaceuticals, biochemistry and cell biology. He enforces IP rights in patent infringement and nullity proceedings and works on infringement and validity opinions.

Lieck specialises in patents and utility models, focusing on preliminary injunction and inspection proceedings. He also advises on licence agreements and other IP contractual matters.

Böhner’s practice focuses on trademarks, designs and domain names. He works in the fashion, entertainment and sports equipment sectors, and represents clients in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Peter Hess, managing partner at Bardehle Pagenberg, commented: “With the new partner appointments we especially appreciate the contribution of four young attorneys who developed their expertise, passion and commitment over the past years and have become mainstays of our firm."
