In the US, Robert Counihan, Ross Elfand and Ryan Johnson have all been promoted and will be based in the firm’s New York office.
Counihan will focus primarily on patent and anti-trust litigation, as well as transactional matters related to IP rights and IP portfolios, with a specific interest on the healthcare and technology industries.
Elfand will focus on civil and criminal commercial litigation and counselling in anti-trust disputes, trade regulation and IP, while Johnson is experienced in pharmaceutical patent infringement cases and works with pharmaceutical companies in anti-trust actions.
In the UK, the firm has promoted Tim Hickman. He will be based in London and work on UK and EU privacy and data protection law, as well as general compliance and more specialised issues.
