D Young & Co hires IP partner
D Young & Co has hired Uli Foerstl as partner in its Munich office.

Foerstl is an intellectual property attorney who focuses on cross-border litigation. He represents a broad range of national and international clients at the German Federal Patent Court and the German Patent and Trademark Office.

He previously worked as partner at Olswang’s Munich-based IP group.

Foerstl also has experience as a domain name arbitrator for the arbitration tribunal of the Czech Chamber of Commerce, advising clients in non-contentious IP matters.
