Michael Best opens Raleigh life sciences office
Michael Best has opened a new life sciences office in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Lisa Mueller, chair of Michael Best’s life sciences industry group, will serve as managing partner, and will be joined by partner Jeff Childers and senior counsel James Lawrence.

Mueller focuses on providing strategic counsel on patent issues in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and chemistry sectors.

David Krutz, managing partner of Michael Best said: “We’re thrilled to launch our Raleigh office and confident in Lisa Mueller’s ability to lead this initiative for the firm.”

“The region’s robust life sciences and technology community, in conjunction with the higher education institutions located in the region, will be a great platform from which to build our presence.
