Greenspoon Marder recruits three litigators

Greenspoon Marder has expanded its intellectual property department with three new litigators.

Anton Handal, Gabriel Hedrick and Lauren Kane have joined the firm in San Diego.

Handal has joined as shareholder. He has experience in multi-jurisdictional litigation across US courts, with a focus on patents.

Hedrick has joined the firm as senior counsel, and is a civil litigator with a background in IP.

Kane has arrived as an attorney. Her practice encompasses the representation of litigants in IP disputes.

Gerald Greenspoon, co-managing director of Greenspoon Marder, said: “Intellectual property is an important service area for many of our clients in industries that are prominent in California, including cannabis, technology, media and entertainment.“

“We welcome the opportunity to better serve both existing and new clients in these sectors nationally.”
