Hoge Fenton reinforces IP department
Hoge Fenton has added two attorneys to its intellectual property and privacy data security groups.

Lee Lueddemann, who previously worked at Leopold Lueddemann in California, has joined the firm as counsel.

Lueddemann focuses mainly on patent, trademark and copyright protection and prosecution.

He also provides IP portfolio management and strategic business advice.

Marianna Khoury has joined Hoge Fenton from an in-house position at Twitter.

Khoury will work with the firm’s data privacy and data security group, as well as its IP group.

Her work in IP will focus on trademark, copyright and trade secret protection.

Dan Ballesteros, managing shareholder at Hoge Fenton, said: “The addition of Lee Lueddemann and Marianna Khoury strengthens our capabilities in the rapidly changing worlds of IP and privacy.”

“Hoge Fenton is already well known for its cutting-edge data security and privacy practice, and Marianna has an exceptional profile with her strength in policy work.”

“Lee brings additional bandwidth in IP prosecution and protection, as well as industry knowledge of the unique needs of science-based businesses.”
